Preamble of the Constitution of India: WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved and constituted India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation; in promoting a society by name and title "Rashtriya Karshaka Parishad (RKP), a Farmers in its PROMOTION MEETING Presided by Veteran & Advocate High Court & Editor MA Mujeeb, attended by Laxman, BSN Reddy, Md Yousuff, MA Sajid, MAH Hameed Saberi, MA Jawed, Shiva Lingam Goud, Venkata Chary, Madan Mohan, VS Laxmi, Venkatesh, Rajya Laxmi, Anjaiah, MAI Zabiulla and others, on this 01st day of May 2020, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE National Democratic & Socialist Party (NDSP) & Rashtriya Karshaka Parishad (RKP) to Ourselves.
Dear Brothers & Sisters ! Jai Samvidhan, Jai Bharath. We appraise about our Rashtriya Karshaka Parishad (RKP) is a Society for the welfare and empowerment of Farmers, Farm Labour, a wing of National Democratic & Socialist Party.
I. Main Aim, Objective of Rashtriya Karshaka Parishad (RKP) are as under

1)  to uphold the Constitution of India, and the representative, free and democratic form of Government and to uphold and promote the Rule of Law;
2)  to promote the science of Jurisprudence and to encourage and conduct research and investigations in legal and allied fields;
3)  to promote the reform of the administration of Agriculture and allied agricultural industry and its healthy development suitable to the social, economic and other needs of the people;
4)  to have an Agricultural Development Board at Mandal or Block level to resolve farmers problems, MSP to buy all agricultural produce.
5)  to provide Free tractor support and storage of agriculture produce in State go-downs to small and medium scale farmers.
6)  to undertake new Irrigation projects to promote agriculture as a profitable profession.
7)  to Waive off agricultural loans of small and medium-scale farmers and arrest suicides among the helpless farmers.
8)  to promote and encourage development of poultry forms.
9)  to promote and encourage development of Diary forms.
10) to promote and encourage development of horticultural forms.
11) to promote and encourage development of serilcute forms.
12) to promote and encourage development of agro industries.
13) to promote and encourage development Plantations forms of all types.
14) to promote and encourage development of fisheries forms.
15) to promote and encourage development of Cereals (all types)
16) to promote and encourage development of Fruits (all types)
17) to promote and encourage development of Vegetables (all types)
18. to promote and encourage development of GREEN FODDER FLOWERS –
19) to promote and encourage development of FLORA AND FAUNA SPICES (ALL TYPES)
20) to promote and encourage development of PLANTS WITH MEDICINAL VALUES
21) to promote and encourage development of HERBAL TOXICANTS (TOBACO ETC.).
22) to fight for supply of seeds and fertilizers to small and marginal farmers.
23) to fight for provision of free tractors ploughing support to small and marginal farmers.
24) to fight for provision of insurance coverage for standing crops, farmers and accredited farm labour.
25) to grow field crops, fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables,
26) to manage tea, coffee and rubber plantations,
27) to agricultural and horticultural services on a fee or on contract basis such as harvesting, baling and thrashing, preparation of tobacco ...
28) to promote and Agro and Food Processing units.
29) to promote rice forming, fish farming, prawns forming.
30) to promote feed promotion units.
31) to promote animal husbandry, sheep, goats, etc forms.
32) to promote soil testing and suitability of respective crops.
33) to promote uniformity of legislation and of agricultural decisions throughout the country;
34) to uphold the honour, the dignity and the independence of the agricultural as profit making profession;
35) to fight free and uninterrupted power supply to agricultural and allied industry.
36) to have cold storage godowns in each village.
37) to apply the knowledge and experience in the field of agricultural and allied industry for the promotion of agriculture.
38) to promote agricultural cooperative credit societies, unity and solidarity among the members of the farmers throughout the country;
39) to promote a right to sell agriculture produced by the farmers in his choice market across India and abroad.
40) to take measures for the provision of free legal aid to the small and marginal farmers.
41) to take measures for the provision of free medical aid to the small and marginal farmers.
42) to promote the improvement of agricultural education to impart practical instruction in the field and to conduct trial examinations for better cropping.
43) to further good relations and cooperation between the agriculturists, scientists, market and the public.
44) to take measures to provide for financial aid to members of the agricultural families in straitened circumstances and to members of their families on their death;
45) to work in cooperation with other societies, institutions and organizations, national and international, and to send delegations to national or international conferences in the pursuit of all or any of the above objects;
46) to constitute or cause to be constituted Regional Centres at convenient places in India to promote the activities of the Association;
48) to hold conferences or seminars related to agricultural and allied industry;
49) to do all such things and to perform all such acts as may be necessary or proper for the achievement of any or all of the above objects;
50) without prejudice to the generality of the above objects and for the effective carrying out of the same, the Association shall have the power to acquire, receive and hold property of any kind including securities and negotiable instruments, to construct and maintain buildings, including the right to alter or improve them and to equip them suitably, to manage, to transfer, or otherwise dispose off or deal with property of any kind belonging to the Association, to enter into contracts for, and in connection with, any of the purposes of the Association, to raise monies and funds in such manner as may be deemed fit, for, and on behalf of the Association, to establish a Provident Fund for the benefit of the employees of the Association if and when considered necessary and to accept the management of any trust or endowment in which the Association may be interested.
51) to fight for infrastructure, facilities of agriculture and empowerment of OBC, SC, ST, Minority farmers.
52) To render service to the nation in the field of national building communal harmony, national unity and integration.
53) to provide residential Houses / Plots / apartments to OBC, SC, ST, Minorities farmers in towns and cities who do not own any house or property on their names.
54) to promote agricultural universities to strive for excellence in agricultural educational standards.
55) to fight protection of the Constitution of India in its SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC letter and spirit and for continuation of reservations for Dalits, OBCs, Minorities.
56) to fight for promotion and protection of culture, heritage and festivals of agricultural communities.
57) to organise Sports, Cultural, elocution competitions among OBC, SC, ST and Minority farmers.
58) to impart professional awareness and training on adoption of new techniques by OBC, SC, ST, Minorities farmers.
59) to fight for social security allowances to children of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities farmers during national calamities and emergencies.
60) to educate OBC, SC, ST, Minority farmers and labour to restrain them from promoting or encouraging to replace Manu Smrithi in place of the Constitution of India.
61) Awards outstanding farmers and persons in the field of Social Service, Education, Medical & Health Service, Legal Fraternity, Journalism, public Service, agriculture Etc.,
62) Any other aim as decided by the National General Body of Rashtriya Karshak Parishad (RKP) from time to time, among Others.

II. Democracy & Working of Rashtriya Karshak Parishad ( RKP )
1. RKP draws its operational WILL from its Village General Body, Taluq or Block General Body, District General Body, State General Body and National General Body Meetings (GBM).
2. There shall be a General Body Meeting that elects RKP respective Committee or as nominated by NSDP President shall have its Committee consisting of President, Vice Presidents, General Secretaries, Secretaries and Joint Secretaries (one each for OBCs, Daltis, Minority farmers) and  Treasurer For a period of two years.
3. Membership to RKP is meant for farmers, retired agricultural officers, scientists, doctors from animal husbandry and agriculture labour who are more than the age of 21 years, who are not insane or are not bankrupt or not convicted. GBM reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Socio-economic advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all Lawyers in general and OBCs, Dalits & Muslims and other minority farmers in particular. The respective Village, Taluk / Block, District, State GBM committee is elected or is appointed by the President of NDSP.
4. Respective Committee members are elected or appointed for a period of Two Years.
5. The committee members are answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

III. RKP Village General Body: There shall be RKP general body at each village consisting of all RKP members in each village. It elects 10 member delegates or as appointed by NDSP, 2 each to participate at Mandal/Block GBM, Parliament Division GBM, District GBM, State GBM and All India GBM.
III. RKP Mandal / Block General Body: There shall be RKP general body at each Mandal / Block  consisting of all RKP delegates sent by respective villages in Mandal/Block.
IV. RKP PC General Body: There shall be RKP general body at each Parliament Constituency /  Division consisting of all RKP delegates sent by respective villages in PC Division.

V. RKP District General Body: There shall be RKP general body at each District consisting of all RKP delegates sent by respective village in District.

VI. RKP State General Body: There shall be RKP general body at each State consisting of all RKP delegates sent by respective villages in the State.

VII. RKP National General Body: There shall be an RKP general body at the National level consisting of all RKP delegates sent by respective villages in the Nation.

Annual Membership fee: The membership fee is used for its committee in achieving its objectives at respective level. The membership fee is subject to audit by its members through respective GBM and also by the internal and external auditors. The annual membership fee is as under :
(i) Agricultural Labour (including cost of calender) Rs. 50/-

(ii) Small Agriculturists (including Agricultural diary & Calendar) Rs. 100/-

(iii) Farmers having upto 10 acres (incl. Agricultural diary & Calendar) Rs. 200/-

(iv) Farmers having more than 10 acres (incl  Agricultural diary/Calendar) Rs. 300/-

Membership fee is used for RKP's events or organising meetings expenses.
