Preamble of the Constitution of India: WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved and constituted India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens JUSTICE, social, economic and political; LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation; in promoting a society by name and title "National Students Federation (NSF)" and its Students Wing - an NGO National Students Federation (NSF) in their PROMOTION MEETING Presided by Veteran & Advocate High Court & Editor MA Mujeeb, attended by Laxman, BSN Reddy, Md Yousuff, MA Sajid, MAH Hameed Saberi, MA Jaawed, Shiva Lingam Goud, Venkata Chary, Madan Mohan, VS Laxmi, Venkatesh, Rajya Laxmi, Anjaiah, MAI Zabiulla and others, on this 01st day of May 2020, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE NDSP & NSF to Ourselves. |
We appraise about our National Students Federation (NSF) is a Society for the welfare and empowerment of all students SC, ST, Other Backward Classes, Muslims, Other Minorities students in High Schools, Intermediate, Degree, PG, M Phil, P hd Colleges across the nation, a students wing of National Democratic & Socialist Party. |
I. Main Aim, Objective of National Students Federation (NSF) are as under: |
(1) NSF is for educating educating students with their constitutional rights and responsibilities, deliver progressive and competitive services in the field of academic, spots, research and post studies and to promote avenues for his/her post studies from each Intermediate college, Degree College, PG College, Village, District, State to University,and the nation. I. Democracy & Working of National Students Federation (NSF) I. NSY College General Body : NSY's College General Body (CGB) at Intermediate, Degree / Post Graduate College in each Village/Ward will consist of all NSF members in College who are more than the age of 15 years, whose parent is not insane or are not bankrupt or not convicted in the Village / Municipal Ward that College GB reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Socio-economic advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all students in General and OBCs, Dalits & Muslims and other minority students in particular. The respective College GBM elects or as NDSP appoints its respective Executive Committee members consisting of a Presidents (one each for boys and girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2 - One each among Boys and Girls) for a period of Two Years. The respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. College GB also elects its 12 (6 boys & 6 girls) member delegates one each among Boys and Girls to represent at Village / Division General Body, Block / Mandal General Body, District General Body, University's GB, State General Body, All India General Body. II. NSY Village / Municipal Ward General Body (VGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in respective Village or Municipal Division or Municipality and that GB reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in Village and also OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minority students in particular in Village/Division. The respective village / Division GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Village respective Executive Committee members consisting of a President-2 (One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. III. NSY Mandal or Block General Body (MGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in respective Mandal or Block. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective Mandal or Block. The NSF of respective Mandal or Block GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Mandal or Block respective students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. IV. NSY District General Body (DGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in the District. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective District. The NSF respective Mandal or Block GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Mandal or Block respective students Committee members consisting of President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. V. NSY University General Body (UGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in such University. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective District. The NSF respective University GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP respective University students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. VI. NSY State General Body (SGB) will consist of two delegates from respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in such State. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective State. The NSF respective State GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP from respective State students s Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. VII. NSY All India General Body (AIGB) will consist of two delegates from respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in the nation. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular across the nation. The NSF respective University GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP respective University students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. |

Annual Membership fee: The membership fee is used for its village/ward committee in achieving its objectives at village or ward level. The membership fee is subject to audit by its members through GBM and also by the internal and external auditors. The annual membership fee is as under : (i) students who parents are below poverty line : Re. 1-00. (ii) students who parents are in Lower Middle Class : Rs. 10-00/- (iii) students who parents are in Upper Middle Class :Rs.100/- (iv) students who parents are Income Tax Payers : As Desired Membership fee is used for NSF's events or organising meetings expenses. |
