(1) NSF is for educating educating students with their constitutional rights and responsibilities, deliver progressive and competitive services in the field of academic, spots, research and post studies and to promote avenues for his/her post studies from each Intermediate college, Degree College, PG College, Village, District, State to University,and the nation.
(2) Fight for promotion of the best Academic Standards and interests of Schools, Colleges,and Universities for promotion of all students especially OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students in respective Instruction.
(3) For infrastructure, facilities in Schools, Colleges, look after their welfare and empowerment of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students in their post education.
(4) Render service to the nation in the field of national building communal harmony, national unity and integration.
(5) To fight for steps to be taken against arrest the drop-outs of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students from School to PG level.
(6) To fight for steps to be taken for selection of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students in all sports and event from local tournaments to International
.tournaments
(7) Provide residential Houses / Plots / apartments to the parents of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students who do not own any house or property on their names.
(8) Fight for admission of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students in professional excellent international institutions.
(9) Promote Universities on OBC, SC, ST, Minorities Freedom Fighters & Icons names and strive for excellency in educational standards.
(10) To fight for the protection of the Constitution of India in its SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC letter and spirit and for continuation of reservations for Dalits, and extend reservation allowances to OBC and Muslin students with accountable rules.
(11) To readmit OBC, SC, ST, Minorities drop-out students from School to PG level with State's allowances.
(12) To fight for standard Five sets of Uniforms, Shoes for Schools, Junior College and Nursing Students of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students.
(13) Nationalization of private Colleges, universities, Institution by State take over.
(14) Impart coaching for IAS, IPS, IFS, Commissioned Officers, Group I, II and Banking and para military, police services OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students.
(15) Fight for promotion and protection of cultural and heritage of respective community among OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students.
(16) Celebrate OBC, SC, ST, Minority Icons anniversaries.
(17) Fight for protean food in hostels,best infrastructure in OBC, SC, ST, Minority students hostels from Schools to Universities.
(18). Organise Sports, Cultural, elocution competitions among OBC, SC, ST and Minority students.
(19). For free Transport facility from respective OBC, SC, ST, Minorities student's house to educational Institution and Back at state costs.
(20). Fight for enhanced scholarships to non boarding OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students.
(21). Impart on job professional training on completion of respective professional Course of OBC, SC, ST, Minorities students.
(22). Fight for social security allowances to OBC, SC, ST, Minorities unemployed students on post education until they are employed/self employed.
(23). Protect OBC, SC, ST, Minority girl / boys students rights, protect them from ragging, harassment, love jihad deliberately practiced by RSS and its wings against OBC, SC, ST, Minorities girls/women, uplift their morale for higher education, employment and self respect,
(24).Educate OBC, SC, ST, Minority students to restrain from promoting or encouraging Manuwad to replace Manu Smrithi in place of Constitution of India.
(25) Fight for grant of professional allowances to OBC, SC, ST, Minorities their post studies in respective profession in their first 3 years.
And any other constitutional aim as decided by General Body from time to time among Others.

I. Democracy & Working of National Students Federation (NSF)
1. NSF draws its operational WILL from its College General Body, Village General Body, Mandal, District General Body, University General Body, State General Body and National General Body Meeting (GBM).
2. There shall be a General Body Meeting elects Students (Boys) Committee and Students (Girls) Committee students and each GBM will elect its Committee or as nominated by NSDP President shall have its respective Committee consisting of President 2 (One rotation basis between Dalits & OBCs from among Boys, One from among Dalits, OBCs & Minorities Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) for a period of One Year. Each committee addresses NSF’s objectives in their respective area and works for the all round development and Welfare of Dalit, OBC, Minority students through the Constitutional means.
3. The respective GBM elects its respective Executive Committee members consisting of Presidents-2 (I - on rotation basis between OBC, SC and ST Boys Students and President II (on rotation basis between OBC, Dalits and Minority Girl Students), Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Secretaries, Jt Secretary and Treasure and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body, their Higher Committees and NDSP. Each college GB deputes 8 members one each men and girl student for the Block / Mandal General Body, District GB, State GB and all India GB Meetings.

I. NSY College General Body : NSY's College General Body (CGB) at Intermediate, Degree / Post Graduate College in each Village/Ward will consist of all NSF members in College who are more than the age of 15 years, whose parent is not insane or are not bankrupt or not convicted in the Village / Municipal Ward that College GB reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Socio-economic advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all students in General and OBCs, Dalits & Muslims and other minority students in particular. The respective College GBM elects or as NDSP appoints its respective Executive Committee members consisting of a Presidents (one each for boys and girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2 - One each among Boys and Girls) for a period of Two Years. The respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP. College GB also elects its 12 (6 boys & 6 girls) member delegates one each among Boys and Girls to represent at Village / Division General Body, Block / Mandal General Body, District General Body, University's GB, State General Body, All India General Body.

II. NSY Village / Municipal Ward General Body (VGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in respective Village or Municipal Division or Municipality and that GB reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in Village and also OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minority students in particular in Village/Division. The respective village / Division GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Village respective Executive Committee members consisting of a President-2 (One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

III. NSY Mandal or Block General Body (MGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in respective Mandal or Block. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective Mandal or Block. The NSF of respective Mandal or Block GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Mandal or Block respective students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

IV. NSY District General Body (DGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in the District. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective District. The NSF respective Mandal or Block GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP Mandal or Block respective students Committee members consisting of President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

V. NSY University General Body (UGB) will consist of all delegates of respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in such University. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective District. The NSF respective University GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP respective University students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

VI. NSY State General Body (SGB) will consist of two delegates from respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in such State. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular in respective State. The NSF respective State GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP from respective State students s Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.

VII. NSY All India General Body (AIGB) will consist of two delegates from respective Junior College, Degree College, PG College in the nation. It reviews and forecasts, plans, coordinates the Academic-Sports-Cultural advancement, empowerment, welfare, self respect and constitutional rights of all the students in general and OBCs, STs, SCs, Muslims, Christians, Other Minorities in particular across the nation. The NSF respective University GBM elects or as appointed by NDSP respective University students Committee members consisting of a President (2- One each from among Boys and Girls), Vice Presidents (one each for boys and girls), General Secretary (2), Secretaries(2), Jt Secretary (4, 2 each for boys and girls) and Treasures (2) and the respective committee is answerable to the General Body and the Higher Committees and NDSP.
